Contractors Covered Under DBA
Construction Workers
Construction workers employed by U.S. government contractors and subcontractors on overseas contracts are covered by the Defense Base Act (DBA) which includes workers involved in the construction of military bases, embassies, other government facilities, and public works such as roads and bridges.

Support staff
